Budgets are being cut every single year by several districts in the United States. When the district's budgets are being continually cut it is important for districts to advocate for alternative tax resources. By having more revenue from taxes school budgets are able to keep certain needs for their schools. Some schools in the New Hampshire do not have enough funds to have full time kindergarten, have enough teachers to keep class sizes down and have alternative programs to prevent high school dropout rate from increasing. These are the effects that the budget cuts resulted in. These needs could be funded by an alternative tax resource. In New Hampshire there already is a lottery tax that produces...
