Many times doing the course of everyday duties especially on jobs accidents happen. Because accidents are common in the workplace the Workers' compensation was developed, this plan is necessary for the benefit of the employee and the employer. Workers compensation also referred to as workers comp gives employees who are injured on the job compensation for injuries. Workers compensation works to protect the employer from any legal responsibility that may arise for the employees' injuries.
