Visual Imagery Magazine Article Mental imagery can help an individual make descriptive mental pictures. Mental imagery can come in two forms. These forms are verbal imagery and visual imagery. There are individuals that do not have the ability to see or hear things. Mental imagery can be looked at as a dream, you can hear it and see it in your mind long after it is gone.
