"Week 2:Petries' Electronics Cases Ch 4".

  1. Look over the scope statement (PE Figure 4-1). If you were an employee at Petrie's Electronics, would you want to work on this project? Why or why not? If I was an employee at Petrie's Electronics, I would want to work on this project. I would like to be on the ground level and watch the idea come to life. I would feel that as an employee, I can provide insights of the customer feedback I have received.

  2. If you were part of the management team at Petrie's Electronics, would you approve the project outlined in the scope statement in PE Figure 4-1? What changes, if any, need to be made to the document? I would approve of the project. However I would want to know about the cost of the whole project as well as ROI and Breakeven Analysis.
