Define e-business and e-commerce. How are they similar? How do they differ? Can the two terms be used interchangeably?
E-commerce is the buying, selling, transferring, or exchanging products, services, or information via computer networks, including the internet. E-business is a broader definition of e-commerce. It includes buying and selling of goods and services, as well as collaborating with business partners, conducting e-learning, and conducting electronic transactions.
E-commerce is divided into the following major types: business-to-consumer, consumer-to-consumer, business-to-employee, and government-to-citizen.
