Classic Airlines connects 240 cities though over 2,300 daily flights. This makes if fifth largest airline of the world (University of Phoenix, 2010). Currently, rewards program of Classic Airlines is failing and share prices are falling regardless of the fact that it reached 8 billion in sales of year 2004. This mini-paper will focus in three points; services that need remodeling, current and upcoming marketing challenges and importance of corporate culture.
