Big Changes for a Small Hospital

Building an organization can be difficult but many have found it easier to develop positive futures through effective leadership. The medical industry can produce a variety of leadership obstacles. Some obstacles can include: current and future patients, facility maintenance, and employee satisfaction. The Big Change for a Small Hospital case is an example of how a facility can be turned around if a leader asks the right questions. Then the leader uses the answers to address situational leadership (Hughes, Ginnett, & Curphy, 2012).
