For this SLP, transformational leadership will be explored. Authors S.A. Carless, A.J. Wearing, and L. Mann (2000) explore transformational leadership and its definition based on the following qualities: vision, staff development, supportive leadership, empowerment, innovative thinking, lead by example, and charisma. As required in this assignment, I gave myself a score on each of these areas. The following will provide an outline of my scores for each quality.
